Housekeeper
Position Summary:
¶¶Òõ currently has positions available for Housekeepers. Reporting to the Custodial Services Supervisor, this position provides general cleaning services and is a full-time, 40 hours per week position with benefits. Rate of pay is $15 an hour.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Sweeping, dust/wet mopping, and vacuuming of floors
- Cleaning of offices and residence halls, including common areas
- Cleaning of restrooms, including fixtures, dispensers, toilets, showers/tubs
- Trash collection in offices/residence halls
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications
- Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Previous experience cleaning in a university or institutional setting preferred, but not required
- Must be able to lift/carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
