So what is a calorie deficit? Simply calorie deficit is losing more calories than how much calories you are consuming. If you don’t prioritize calorie deficit you don’t lose belly fat. so how much you should walk? Actually, it depends on you. It depends on how many calories you are consuming on daily basis. Averagely a person should walk for one hour to see desired results. You can break this one hour into chunks. These chunks add up.
An average person burns 350 calories per 30 minutes by running. An average person burns 200 calories per 1 hour by just walking. So if you walk for an hour a day for 4 days in a week you will burn 400 calories. This is a good amount to lose belly fat. And you can burn belly fat by not getting really tired relevant to running.
