How to make/use:

Add 2 cups of water to the seeds and keep- it for around 4-5 hours to soak. Then blend it with the water. If the mixture is thick, add some water and make it like a paste. Then add that paste into a sieve. After that, add 1 spoon of Almond oil and cornflour. Then mix it well. Heat it up for around 2-3 minutes with a cooker. After the water has dried, remove it from the cooker and keep it for a few minutes. Now you can add the Aloe Vera gel and the vitamin E tablets. Mix it well again and add the paste into a bottle. You can keep the bottle in a refrigerator to use it. After cleaning the skin, you can apply it to the skin at night. Then you can wash it in the morning. Use daily to get the best results.

How to make/use:
